外包（outsourcing）在当今的大企业环境里已经是比较成熟和完备的企业经营模式之一。它是全球经济发展的重要组成部分．现代的企业和我们的日常生活．都无法离开外包。珠江三角洲有着“世界加工厂”的美誉，但是珠江三角洲企业发展面临着巨大的转型压力。如何应对，关系到我国社会主义经济和社会健康发展的大问题。文章结合供应链外包原理及工作的实际经验．首次提出了“内置外包（outsourcing）”的概念，井阐明其起因和优势。希望其为产业转型中的企业提供理论指导。

In-outsourcing——The New Outsourcing Mode

Outsourcing is one of the mature and complete management modes for firms in major industry environment now. It＇s the important part of the globe economic progress. We need outsourcing in both modern firms and our daily lives. Zhujiang Delta has the honor of the World Factory. But the firms in Zhujiang Delta have to face the great press on transforming. How to deal with it is the big problem which will involve our socialist economy and society health development. Combine supply chain outsourcing theory and my woring experience, I put forward the new concept In-outsourcing. And illustrate the causal factor ＆ the superior. Hope it can help the transforming firms by the theory directing.
