| Abstract: | The problems of agriculture, farmers and country appear vitally in central districts of China. Fur-thermore, it is the important and difficult point to the development of the central districts. We should make good use of our own environmental advantage and regional predominance, the potential dominance in addition so as to accelerate the development of the central districts and to realize the technical span and harmonious development. |
