旅游高职高专院校“双师型”教师队伍建设发展之思考——以桂林旅游高等专科学校为例

从旅游高职高专院校＂双师型＂教师的数量建设转变为注重＂双师素质＂队伍质量建设,关系到旅游高等职业教育专业的建设和发展以及学生培养的质量。分析了旅游高职高专院校＂双师型＂教师特别是资深＂双师型＂教师对专业建设发展所起的促进作用,提出了加强＂双师型＂教师队伍建设的途径。
