| Abstract: | The concept of scientific development not only combines with the conditions in China,but also refers to the developmental experience in other countries and regions.It stands on a new higher level and at a new historical start point,and reflects the characteristics of globalization.The innovation about the developmental ideas enriches the socialist theory with Chinese characteristics.The proposal with regard to the thought of harmonious society leads the transformation of our society.It is the scientific theory with advance of time and Marxism of contemporary China. |
