Construction can't get the most suitable materials through the construction industry's traditional materials circulation. At the same time, the cost of construction is high because the materials circulation's links are many. In view of these problems, this article proposes to use "producing in fixed price" in construction industry's materials circulation. This can make construction enterprises and materials provisioning enterprises establish the face-to-face strategy partner relations, realize the goal of double win.
