| 摘 要： | 中小企业是内蒙古地区经济高效运行和发展的重要力量,产业集群的形成与发展为中小企业的快速发展带来了有效途径和契机。文章分析了呼包鄂经济圈中小企业集群发展的现状,着重阐述其中存在的一些主要问题,并提出了促进呼包鄂经济圈中小企业集群发展的建议与措施。
