| 摘 要： | 港口集疏运系统作为连接港口与内陆腹地的纽带,是港口发展的基础,因此相关研究成为了重中之重。首先阐述其背景现状、影响因素等,定性总体优化目标,构建目标层次结构图。从预测集装箱吞吐量出发,重点研究集疏运方式选择,将非直接因素加入考虑,以公铁运输为例,得出基于"总成本"最小的集疏运方式选择模型,列举加大铁路比重的方法,并提出确定合理分担率的思路。最终以上海港为例,进行分析与模型应用。
