| 摘 要： | 现阶段资源型城市面临着资源枯竭和体制转换双重困难,这类城市的产业转型和社会稳定是经济社会发展与和谐的重要内容。产业集群是合作创新的网络化产业组织形式,是有效的推动区域经济发展的产业政策方向。我国资源型城市在产业转型中应积极实施集群创新战略,推动创新型集群发展,提高区域创新能力。

| Abstract: | At the moment,Chinese resource cities are facing the double difficulties which are resource exhaustion and system transformation.The economic transformation and social stableness of these cities are the important issues in the development and harmony of China.Industrial clusters are the network organizations of cooperative innovation and the polices to improve the regional development.In the process of transformation,the resource cities should take cluster innovaitive stratagem and promote its development,and improve the regional innovative ability. |
