Theoretical Issues Concerning Geological Survey Economy

In term of theory, the achievements of geological survey work does not belong to public production due to its potential exclusiveness and tangible competition, while in term of practice, the achievements are part of public production, for which was made by government not through market. As a result, the paper disputes that the achievements are quasi- public- production; geological survey work has the same subject of supply and demand; and input of state revenue and expenditure impacts on the change of demand. It points out that supply regulating is the characteristics and short of money is the normality, Therefore, the characteristics of geological survey economy must be paid more attention.
