质量风险管理的研究与应用

风险在生产活动中普遍存在,企业如何使风险处于预测和控制当中,是企业保持持续发展要尽力规避的。本世纪初,各企业普遍引入质量管理体系、职业健康安全管理体系,使得以顾客为关注焦点的质量管理和以风险管理为核心的安全管理模式推动了质量管理、安全管理的发展与进步。为此,在引入质量管理体系的同时,将风险管理的思想和方法应用到了质量管理之中,同时将影响质量的人、机、料、法、环、测“5M1E”因素增加了一个“处置”因素,使质量管理的手段和方法得到了进一步创新和深化,基础得到进一步夯实,管理得到规范和细致,取得了明显的效果。

What enterprises should do in keeping the continuous development is how to make risks under prediction and control, for risks usually exist in the productive activities. At the beginning of this century, the general introductions of quality management system, vocational health and safety management into many enterprises made the quality management with the customers as the focus and safety management with the risk control as the core promote the development and progress of quality management and safety management. Meanwhile, the ideas and methods of risk management have been applied to quality management, and one factor of handling has also been added to factors affecting quality like man, machine, material, methods environment and measurement. Thus, the approaches and methods of quality management have been innovated and deepened further, with the foundation strengthened, management regulated and specified and the obvious effect obtained.
