| 摘 要： | 从我国火电厂烟气脱硫行业发展现状入手，论述了脱硫产业健康发展需要市场化的污染治理新机制及火电厂烟气脱硫特许经营的主要内容和进展，对影响烟气脱硫特许经营健康发展的因素进行了分析，提出了有利于促进脱硫特许经营健康发展的政策建议。
