摘    要:针对2008年初的冰灾引发的电煤安全库存问题,在电煤价格放开的大环境下,运用Stachelberg模型对煤炭企业和火电企业的利润函数进行分析.在同时考虑电煤和市场煤的情况下对现阶段火电企业面临的最优电煤库存数量问题进行探讨,为火电企业的电煤库存问题提供了一定的思路.

Abstract:To solve the problem of the inventory of the power generation coal caused by the ice disaster at the beginning of 2008, the paper uses Stackelberg model to analyze the profit of the coal enterprise and the thermal power enterprise, and then researches the optimal inventory of power generation coal in thermal power enterprise, taking both of the power generation coal and the marketable coal into account, and has provided the thermal power enterprise some advices for the inventory problem.
