| 摘 要： | “第三物流”作为一个提高物资流通速度、节省仓储费用和资金在途费用的有效手段,正在引起各国的高度重视。文章在分析我国目前发展现状的基础上,提出了“资源整合、信息化管理、综合代理”等对策,以期对我国物流发展提供可行性借鉴。
