| 摘 要： | 金融企业文化是金融企业长期经营实践的结晶,是金融企业的经营理念。近年来,金融企业文化对于金融企业的发展变得越来越重要,人们也越来越关注这一问题。加强金融企业文化建设,应把强化社会责任作为企业文化的灵魂。金融企业应主动承担起相应的社会责任,促进自身和利益相关方的共同可持续发展。

| Abstract: | Financial enterprise culture is the result of the financialenterprise long-term management practice and it is financial enterprise management concept.In recent years,financial enterprise culture is becoming more and more important to the development of financial enterprises,and people also pay more attention to this problem.If wants to strengthen financial enterprise culture construction,it should strengthen the social responsibility as the soul of an enterprise culture.Financial enterprises should take related social responsibility and promote common and sustainable developmentofthemselves and the stakeholders. |
