| 摘 要： | 中国东北地区正处于东北亚区域经济合作的前沿地带,振兴东北老工业基地战略的提出,对东北地区的投资环境产生了极大的影响,提升了东北地区的区位优势,对东北亚地区的资本流动产生极大的吸引力。而东北亚区域的资本流动也对东北地区经济的振兴起到了重要的推动作用。
