试论《发条橙》对暴力犯罪的可贵探索

打击和改造暴力犯罪工作十分艰难，因为暴力的存在是人性之恶的固有，因为惩处暴力又往往误入以暴制暴的歧途。随着科学技术的发达，人们又寄希望依靠科学技术来改造人性，想通过消除人性中的恶来减少或消除暴力犯罪，这其实又是一条迷误之途。《发条橙》对暴力犯罪的探索，具有很强的现实意义。社会转型时期，犯罪案件居高不下，政府在打击暴力犯罪实行高压态势下，应该致力于创造一个引人向善的生存环境，达到社会的长治久安。

A Probe into Violence Crime in A Clockwork Orange

It is rough indeed to change even strike down violence crime,for not only the existence of which reflects precisely the evil of human nature, but also,violence itself will always be misled as the exact essential element of violence penalizing.Along with the development of which,there is a notion that scientific technology can recast human nature by wiping out the evil,so that violence crime will be decreased or even wiped out.But it's impossible.Probing into violence crime in A Clockwork Orange is pragmatically realistic.The rate of crime simulated by the transformation of our society is increasing.Our government should devote to the betterment of social environment in the violence penalizing,to create a world that forsakes evil for good,decreases violence crime,and finally reaches lastingly political stability.
