| Abstract: | Base on the present development situations and the prospect of China's individual-owned enterprise, this thesis analyzes the existing problems in these enterprises such as property relations, the quality of financial staff, financial behavior, fund raising, and cost managing, etc. Accordingly, the writer expounds the concrete measures and countermeasures on how to strengthen financial management for China's individual-owned enterprises and solve the problems given above. |
