| 摘 要： | 循环经济是借助生态学的循环概念并在经济活动中进行运用所形成的跨学科概念.它在本质上试图将人类活动和谐地纳入自然界的物质和生物圈循环,同时继承和发展经济活动本身的特性和生命力.在两者相互融合的同时,在多角度、多层次上又因为各自的特性形成一些矛盾和差异分化,本文通过对这些冲突的分析探索其成因及可能的解决途径,并据此提出这种交融-冲突-解决-实现的机制应该成为循环经济实现的基础.
