| 摘 要： | 心理危机是指个体在应激时产生的一种严重的心理失衡状态.近年来大学生心理危机事件频发,其中有相当一部分的诱因是由于宿舍人际关系处理不当.做好学生的宿舍安排工作;创造良好的宿舍人际关系;培训宿舍心理委员,完善四级心理危机干预体系;遇到问题,及时做出调整反应,是搞好大学生宿舍人际关系,化解心理危机的关键.

| Abstract: | Psychological crisis is mental imbalance caused by stress.In recent years,the cases of psychological crisis among college students become frequent,most of which are caused by the bad interpersonal relationship among the roommates.This paper puts forward some strategies to intervene the possible psychological crisis. |
