企业购并与企业集群--论规模经济的两种不同实现形式

该文在对规模经济理论简要回顾的基础上，对企业购并和企业集群这两种不同的规模经济实现形式进行了分析比较，指出企业购并虽然是实现规模经济的重要形式，但对一些产品非标准化程度较高的行业并不一定适合。对这些行业来说，通过高度集中于某个地区形成有行业特色的企业集群，也能带来显著的规模经济效益。

M & A of Enterprises and Clusters of Enterprises-- On the Two Realization Forms of Economy of Scale

This article gives a brief summary of the economy of scale theories, analyses and compares the two forms to realize economy of scale, M&A of enterprises and clusters of enterprises, and points out that M&A of enterprises is not necessarily suitable for the industries whose products are relatively not so highly standard. These industries can get remarkable benefits by concentrating highly on some districts and forming clusters of enterprises with industrial characteristics.
