| 摘 要： | 在制造业高速发展的形势下，推动制造业进一步发展的新型应用型技术人才还存在着严重的短缺。本文针对这一情况，提出，高职院校应调整专业的培养目标和培养计划，将高职电气自动化专业与制造业相结合，采取课程改革、实践环节的教改、建设校内实习基地和校企结合等措施，培养具有高职业素养的服务于制造业的高职电气自动化专业高技能人才。

| Abstract: | With the rapid development of manufacturing industry, there has been a serious lack of new-type technical talents for its further advancement. It is for this sake that the paper put forward the training objective and plan of the disciplines to be adjusted, which integrated electrical automation by reforming teaching and practice, setting up campus-base of field practice, combining college with enterprises, etc. |
