| 摘 要： | 随着企业信息化的深入,ERP系统应运而生了,它为企业管理提出了一个全新的管理思想,它将影响企业组织生存和发展的环节统一起来,在综合的基础上给出企业管理的决策。企业推行ERP会使其存在巨大的潜在利益的同时,也使其面临着很大的风险,所以必须要考虑到方方面面的情况,才使ERP成为企业不断发展与壮大的有效工具。
