汽车压溃方向盘轴柱成型的分析研究

摘    要:为了从机理上研究冲击波对工件成型的冲击效应,利用ANSYS/LS-DYNA动力学仿真软件,对整个冲击过程进行了仿真模拟,再现了子弹速度衰减过程和工件变形速度的过程,模拟结果与试验现象吻合较好,从原理上分析了对不同入射子弹速度加工同种工件不同长度以及相同长度的不同种工件的可行性。研究结果不但认识了高能量速度成型法的机理,并且为以后的成型效果和加工装置优化提供了理论参考,具有重要的现实意义和较高的工程参考价值。

Abstract:In this study,LS-DYNA was adopted to simulate the forming process of the bellows,which reproduced the processing of the bullet speed attenuation and work piece deformation speed.The conclusions of numerical simulation and test were accordant.The possibilities of different bullet speeds in different work piece materials or different lengths were analyzed.The forming results depending on different bullet speed were researched.The results not only revealed the mechanism of high energy forming method,but also provided theoretical reference to molding effect and design methods optimization,which was very important and valuable in engineering.
