废弃半焦粉制备型焦的共炭化工艺研究

摘    要:本文以废弃半焦粉为原料,添加合适的粘结剂,通过压制成型以及共炭化热解来制造工业型焦。通过实验讨论了共炭化温度和时间对成品的强度和孔隙率的影响,确定了整个共炭化工艺的最优条件:共炭化温度800℃,共炭化时间90 min。在此条件下,型焦的抗压强度可达7.55 MPa、I转鼓强度为41.03%,孔隙率为51.94%,型焦的水分、灰分、挥发份分别为0.78%、16.42%、4.02%。

Abstract:In this paper,the formed coke were prepared from semi-coke powder,we also choose suitability binder and felt coal,and must be pressed and carbonized,wo hope the capability of formed coke can be equalled with the semi-coke,so make use of practical production.The intensity and porosity of the simple can be analyzed by the carbonized experimental,which can confirm the best technical condition:,the carbonized temperature is choosed 800℃,carbonize time is 90min.In this condition,the compressive strength of the formed coke can reached 7.55 MPa,the I drum strength is 41.03%,porosity is 51.94%,the moisture,tash content,volatile of the formed coke can reached 0.78%、16.42%、4.02%.
