| 摘 要： | 配电工程停电施工向集中化、人海战术化的"大军团作战"模式转变是必然的发展趋势。本文根据实际工程管理经验,通过对配电工程停电施工中"大军团作战"的不利因素进行了深入的分析,提出相应的优化控制措施,以提高配电工程的管理水平,提高经济效益和社会效益,推动配电工程管理体系的进步。

| Abstract: | It is the inevitable trend of development for power-off construction of power distribution project transforming toward centralized and huge-crowd strategized "main army combat" mode.Based on practical experience in project management,this paper analyzed the adverse factors of "main army combat" in power-off construction of power distribution project,and put forward corresponding optimization control measures to improve the management level of power distribution project,enhance economic efficiency and social effectiveness and promote the progress of the power distribution project management system. |
