摘    要:A核电站核岛UPS电源安装调试项目进度具有工期紧、资源紧张的主要特点,本文结合网络计划技术和关键链技术编制了该项目的进度计划,并在执行进度计划过程中,以控制循环理论为指导,对项目执行进行事前、事中、事后控制等有效的项目管理,确保项目得以顺利实施。

Abstract:Tight construction period and resource constraints are the main features of UPS erection and commissioning in nuclear island of A nuclear power plant,based on it,the network planning technology and critical chain technology were combined to create the project schedule.During the implementation of schedual,taking the control cycle theory as a guide,effective project management such as the antecedent control,concurrent control,and post control are implemented to ensure successful implementation of project.
