西安朱雀网球俱乐部的现状分析

本文通过调查问卷法、文献资料法、数据统计法、访谈法就西安朱雀网球俱乐部市场的教学规模、参加网球学习的学员具体情况做出分析。发现网球培训价格偏高,网球培训的配套服务较少,广告煤体选择欠佳,促销手段单一,工作人员服务质量欠缺等问题。针对这些问题提出了:改进宣传方法,加大宣传力度,完善配套项目,提高教学质量,提供优质服务,加强俱乐部合作等建议。这些建议为西安朱雀网球俱乐部的经营管理工作提供了理论参考依据。

Analysis of Xi' an Zhuque Tennis Club

In this paper,the teaching scale and the specific situation of the tennis learners in Xi' an Zhuque Tennis Club are analyzed through the questionnaire method,literature,data statistics and interviews.It found that the price of tennis training is high,the ancillary service of tennis training is less,the selection of advertising media is poor,the promotional tools are single,and the quality of service of staff is not good.To solve these problems,the proposals are put forward,including improving the publicity method,stepping up publicity efforts,improving the supporting projects,improving the quality of teaching,providing quality services and strengthening the club co-operation.These recommendations provide a theoretical basis for the management of the Xi' an Zhuque Tennis Club.
