| 摘 要： | 磷矿己被国家列为2010年后的紧缺资源,磷复肥的发展使磷资源的浪费和环境成本增加,处理好复垦植被的保护对于保护国土资源,防止土地石漠化和滑坡、泥石流灾害的发生,有效地改善矿区及周边生态环境,控制矿山面源污染,保持区域生态平衡,使企业与地方共建和谐社会,对于昆明及滇池环境保护有着极为重要的地位和意义。

| Abstract: | Phosphate has been labeled as scarce resources after 2010 by the country.The development of phosphate resulted in the waste of phosphate resources and the increasing environmental cost.The protection of replanted vegetation is help to protect land resources,prevent land rocky and desertification and landslide,debris flow disasters,effectively improve the ecological environment surrounding the mining area,control the mining area source pollution,and maintain regional ecological balance,so that enterprises and local governments build harmonious society together.And it is significant to the environmental protection of Kunming and Dianchi Lake. |
