谈市政道路绿化工程设计阶段的造价控制管理

近年来,随着我国城市化进程的不断加速,城市快速建设成几何形态发展,市政工程已成为各地政府投资的重点领域之一。目前市政项目的绿化工程缺乏系统的优化选择设计方案、施工独立招投标的管理模式,导致出现施工项目变动大、结算金额超预算、绿化表达效果与设计不一致等现象。本文拟从对设计方案独立招投标、把限额设计和造价咨询管理等角度的理念贯穿于设计之中,提出实施工程造价控制贯穿工程建设全过程的有效措施,并把控制的重点集中于投资决策阶段和设计阶段,强调设计阶段对整个工程造价控制的重要性。

Cost Control Management of Municipal Road Greening Engineering in Design Phase

In recent years,as China’s urbanization process has been accelerating,fast urban construction developed rapidly,especially the municipal engineering has become one of major government investments.At present,the greening engineering of municipal project are lack of systematical optimization and design program,management mode of construction independent bidding,which resulted that the change of construction is great,the settlement amount is over budget,green expression effect is different with the design.This article tries to run through the independent bidding,quota design,and cost consulting management,puts forward the effective measures on running through the engineering cost control into the whole construction process,and focuses on investment decision-making and design,and emphasizes on the importance of design to the engineering cost control.
