浅论医患关系中患者权利体系的构建

当前医患关系紧张已成为社会关注的焦点问题,缓解医患关系的紧张需要做出多方面的努力。这其中尽快构建起符合我国实际的患者权利体系是重要步骤。患者权利体系的构建,要求制定专门的患者权利保障基本法;加大普法宣传,提高患者对权利的认知能力;加强对医务人员的教育和管理,形成尊重患者权利的自觉性;建立和完善患者权利的保障制度和救济机制。

Construction of Patient's Right System in Doctor-patient Relationship

The current strained doctor-patient relationship has become the focus of the society.Relieving the strained doctor-patient relationship needs to make various efforts.Establishing the patients' right system which adapts to the actual situation of China is important.It need to establish special patient rights safeguard law,increase propaganda for popularizing the law,improve patients' understanding on rights,strengthen the education and management of medical staff,respect patients,and establish and improve patients' rights guarantee system and relief mechanism.
