锅炉结垢的原因及处理方法探讨分析

摘    要:在锅炉运行中随着水温的升高或蒸发浓缩,在锅炉内受热面水侧金属表面上形成固体附着物叫做水垢,轻者导致停炉影响供气,重者可导致锅炉爆破事故。因此须保证安全可靠,监测水垢,确保安全生产运行。本文主要探讨锅炉运行中的结垢原因及对策。

Abstract:The scale refers to the solid attachments formed on heating waterside metal surface with water temperature rise or evaporation and concentration in the operation of boiler.The scale can led to the boiler’s shutdown,affecting gas supply,even lead to boiler blasting accident.Therefore,we must ensure safety and reliability,monitor the scale,and ensure boiler’s safe operation.This paper mainly discusses the causes and countermeasures of scaling in the boiler operation.
