| 摘 要： | 房地产开发是一项投资大、周期长而易受到政策和社会影响的高风险经济活动。因此,风险管理是决定房地产开发成败的管理活动之一,对房地产开发具有重要意义。文章列举了目前我国房地产开发所面临的各种风险,通过对其实质和特征的研究,进一步分析了风险控制的方法和措施,并列举了进行房地产开发时风险管理需要注意的问题。

| Abstract: | Real estate development is a king economic activity along with large capital,long cycle and influence from polity and society’s change.It has character of high risk.In this reason,risk management plays an important role in real estate development in terms of success.This paper lists all kinds of risk which we faced presently in the real estate development in China.According to research for its substantive and the characteristic,it has further analyzed the risk control method and the measure,and proposed the problems of risk management which concerns in the real estate development. |
