浅析民办高校教师福利待遇的现状

近30年来,我国民办高等教育经过极不平常的奋斗与创新历程,发展成绩斐然,成为我国教育事业发展中的一个亮点。但是由于社会对民办高校的显性或隐性歧视依然广泛存在,加上相关政策法规的缺失或难以落实,以及民办高校自身的特点等原因,民办高等教育的发展正面临一些新的困难和挑战。其中相当大的一个问题就是民办、公办高校之间的公平待遇问题难以解决。

Analysis of Status of Private University Teachers' Welfare Treatment

In the past 30 years,China’s private higher education has gone through highly unusual struggle and innovation course,the development achievements are brilliant,which become the bright spot in the development of China’s education.However,because it is still widespread for the society to explicit or implicit discrimination of private universities,coupled with the lack or difficult to implement relevant policies and regulations,as well as characteristics of private universities,etc.,the development of private higher education is facing new difficulties and challenges.Fair shake between private universities and public universities are difficult to resolve,which become the considerable problem.
