英语专业“双师型”教师培养途径探析——以云南经济管理职业学院为例

摘    要:"双师型"教师培养不但是职业技术院校师资队伍建设的重要方面,还是职业院校发展状况的一项重要评估指标。高职高专教育的培养目标决定了英语教师除了懂英语,还应有其他专业英语或企业相关经历的英语知识,成为"双师型"的教师。本文以云南经济管理职业学院为例,结合相关文献和英语教师现状,就如何培养英语专业"双师型"教师队伍途径进行探析。

Abstract:Training of double-qualification teachers not only is an important aspect of the construction of teacher team in vocational and technical colleges,but also an important evaluation indicator of the development status of vocational schools.Training objectives determines the English teachers to grasp knowledge for English with corporate relevant experience and other professional English besides understanding English,become double qualification teachers.In this paper,taking Yunnan College of Business Management for example,how to train double-qualified teacher team of English major is analyzed,combing relevant literature and status quo of English teachers.
