| 摘 要： | 社会信用体系建设,是一项复杂的系统工程。文章运用系统工程的思想,分析影响社会信用体系建设的各种因素,勾画社会信用体系结构,通过定性和定量分析,利用AHP方法对社会信用体系进行评价,推算体系中相对重要的因素。研究结果表明,社会信用体系建设中信用法规、政策体系的完善和信息技术体系的构建最为重要。最后提出社会信用体系建设的政策建议。

| Abstract: | The construction of the social credit system is a complicated system problem.The factors and the structure of social credit system are analyzed and outlined respectively.The AHP method is used to evaluate the social credit system.The relative important goals of the social credit system are pointed out.The results of this paper show that building the perfect laws and regulars and improving IT system are important in construction of social credit system.Policy recommendations of construction of social credit system are proposed. |
