基于动态比较优势的西安产业结构优化探讨

动态比较优势理论是在静态比较优势理论的基础上发展而来的,该理论认为如果一国政府对具有潜在动态比较优势的产业进行干预,该产业就可能从劣势地位转变为具有比较优势地位。本文使用区内增加值比重和市场占有率两个指标,对西安市五大主导产业的动态比较优势度进行测量,进而为西安未来产业发展方向、发展重点提出了政策建议。

Discussion of Industrial Structure Optimization in Xi'an on the Basis of the Dynamic Comparative Advantage

Dynamic comparative advantage theory has been developed on the basis of the static comparative advantage theory.The theory thinks that if the government of a country has the intervention to industry of having potentially dynamic comparative advantage,the industry may be from an inferior position into comparative advantage position.In this paper,by using two indicators of area added value ratio and market share,the dynamic comparative advantage degree of five leading industries in Xi’an were measured,and thus policy suggestion are put forward.for the future direction and focus of industrial development in Xi’an.
