远程教育创新管理体系探讨

继续教育是教师进行终身学习和提高自我水平的重要手段。远程教育作为继续教育不可分割的一部分,是随着信息技术的发展而发生的一种新的教育形式,近年来受到国家的重视和大力发展建设,已成为构建教师终身教育体系的重要组成部分,在提升教师综合能力和继续教育模式改革方面发挥着重要作用。文章以参加兵团中小学继续教育的教师为对象,对其所在学校远程教育开展情况行问卷调查,分析兵团中小学开展远程教育所面临的一些问题,并提出一些相应的建议。

Discussion on Innovation Management System of Distance Education

Continuing education is an important method of improving the level and lifelong learning of teachers.Distance education,as an integral part of continuing education and a new form of education with the development of information technology,is developed and constructed by the nation in recent years.Also,distance education is important part in constructing lifelong education system of teachers,and plays significant roles in enhancing teacher ability and education reform of continuing education mode.In this article,we perform questionnaires about the present distant education situation of elementary and middle school by investigating the teachers,and analyze the current problems of developing distance education in the schools and provide some suggestions.
