| 摘 要： | 在对软件外包企业技术创新的内涵分析基础上,建立了软件外包企业技术创新的因果关系图和系统动力学模型。研究表明,企业技术创新的积极因素和消极因素相互制约,通过对正反馈回路的持续增长和负反馈回路的有效调节,最终会保持企业技术创新水平的稳定。技术创新驱动模式和技术人员激励方式为企业政策敏感性因素,通过企业政策调节,可保证企业技术创新的持续性。

| Abstract: | Based on the analysis for the definition of technology innovations for software outsourcing enterprise,the causal-loop diagram and system dynamic model are constructed.According to the Vensim simulation,because of the mutual influence between the active factors in the positive feedback links and the passive factors in the negative feedback links,the level of enterprise technology innovations will be increasing stably.The key policy sensitivity factors are the driving mode and stimulation ways which may be regulated by business enterprise policy for the continuity and persistence of technology innovations. |
