摘    要:随着现代经济的发展和科学技术的进步,我国传媒业获得了长远发展,出现了一批具有竞争实力的传媒集团。新闻工作者是党、政府和人民的喉舌,肩负着党的思想政治宣传的重任,具有舆论导向、监督作用,有着广泛的社会影响。面对着强大的跨国传媒集团的挑战,中国传媒企业如何增强自身的竞争实力,如何尽快做大做强,已是我国传媒业界和学术界共同关注的课题。

Abstract:With the development of modern economy and scientific and technological progress,China’s media industry gains long-term development,which emerge numbers of media groups with competitive strength.The journalists are the mouthpiece of the Party,government and the people,shoulder important task of the Party’s ideological and political propaganda,play the role of direction of public opinion and supervisory,have a wide range of social impact.Facing the challenge of powerful multinational media group,on how to enhance competitive strength and make bigger and stronger as soon as possible for Chinese media companies is mutual topic concerned by China’s media industry and academic circles.
