| 摘 要： | 现行浮选柱普遍存在着这样那样的一些缺点,为了使浮选柱的应用更广泛,设计制造了实验室型环形充气浮选样机,对样机的总体结构、单柱结构、气泡产生装置以及尾矿提升装置分别进行了设计。对样机的选别机理进行了分析,并与传统XFD浮选机做了对比试验,结果证明形充气浮选机经济、有效、选别指标高。

| Abstract: | This paper designed and manufactured laboratory type ring inflatable flotation machine.Made the design of overall structure,single column,air pressing type bubble generator and tailings riser and made the analysis of the sorting principle.Compared the separation efficiency and sorting index with traditional XFD flotation machine.Experiments showed that the ring inflatable is economic,effective and high sorting index. |
