| 摘 要： | 通过对笔记本电脑显示屏外壳结构分析,设计一种加工方便,节约成本的模具结构,采用热流道系统,外侧滑块,内侧抽芯和排气槽等结构,以解决塑件即薄又大流动不好,排气不良等问题,内外卡钩等问题,为同类模具设计提供参考。

| Abstract: | Through analyzing the notebook computer monitor shell structure,designed a convenient cost-effective processing mold structure,using hot runner systems,later thin slider,inner core-pulling,exhaust trough to resolve products and a large plastic flow caused by such issues as bad,exhaust side,internal and external hook.It has a certain reference function to similar mold design. |
