阳离子型双子表面活性剂的合成与性能评价

摘    要:本文用实验的方法合成了阳离子型双子表面活性剂十二烷基二甲基溴化铵(文中简称12-2-12),对合成产物的理化性能如临界胶束浓度、表面张力、油水界面张力、协同效应等进行了测定和评价,发现合成产物比普通表面活性剂具有更加优越的表面活性;能和油水形成超低界面张力,达到10-4mN.m-1数量级;盐的加入可降低溶液CMC、促进胶团化的过程,改变胶团的微观结构;与LDS复配后形成的体系性能明显优于单一的双子表面活性剂。

Abstract:Through the experimental method,the article synthesized a cationic gemini surfactant Bromo-Geramium(referred to 12-2-12),and measured and evaluated its physical and chemical properties such as critical micelle concentration,surface tension,oil-water interfacial tension and synergy.Find that the synthetic product is more superior than ordinary surfactant;while the formation of ultra-low interfacial tension and oil-water could reach the 10-4mN.m-1 order of magnitude;Salt's accession could reduce the CMC of the solution,promote the micellization process,and change the microstructure of the micelle.LDS compound system performance is significantly better than a single gemini surfactants.
