摘    要:消防部队院校由于学生英语基础参差不齐,分化差异明显。英语分层教学模式从一定程度上解决了教与学之间的矛盾,本文就分层教学实施过程中的教学成效和出现的问题进行了分析和研究,并就下一步如何进行有效改进提出了建设性的意见,对消防部队院校的英语教学改革起到了一定的指导意义和作用。

Abstract:In fire forces institutions,due to the uneven basis of students’ English,the differentiation differences are significant.English hierarchical teaching mode solves the contradiction between the teaching and learning to a certain extent.This paper analyses and studies the teaching effectiveness of hierarchical teaching and the problems in the implementation process,and proposes the constructive comments for its effective improvement.This paper plays a certain guiding significance and role of English teaching reform of the fire brigade academies.
