浅谈工程项目管理与成本控制

我国的工程项目管理在各部门和建筑企业的努力实践下,取得一定成效,但随着建筑市场竞争的愈演愈烈,建筑成本的逐步提高,施工企业利润空间进一步被压缩,一些工程项目在利益的驱动下出现大量质量、安全等方面的问题,究其原因,在现在的一些项目管理过程中存在一定的失责及失误。怎样使建筑工程施工项目管理对项目企业带来良好的经济效益,又能为国家生产出优良可靠的建筑实体?本文主要对我国目前的项目管理进行了探讨,并对项目管理中的成本控制进行了分析。

Discussion on Project Management and Cost Control

China's project management achieved certain results with the efforts of various departments and construction companies,but with the intensified competition of construction market,the construction costs is gradual increasing,profit margins of construction enterprises is further compressed,which cause a number of projects produce issues about a large number of quality and safety driven by the interests,the reason is that there are certain defaulting and errors in some of the project management process.How to make the construction project management to both bring good economic benefit for enterprises and produce excellent and reliable construction entity for the state? In this paper,China's current project management is discussed,and cost control in project management is analyzed.
