| 摘 要： | 带压堵漏技术因经济性好逐渐被炼油和化工系统广泛采用,它可以实现在设备不停机状态下对液路或汽路承压部件进行堵漏。但其技术要求较高,一定程度上阻碍了该技术在生产中的应用。本文介绍了带压堵漏的技术原理,夹具制作等的关键工艺,以及该技术在炼油和化工装置的应用。

| Abstract: | Pressure seal technology can be used in the fluid or steam pressure pipeline under no stopping device.Its economy is good,so it is gradually used in the refining and chemical systems although its high technical requirements.This article describes the principles of the pressure seal technology,the key production processes of the fixtures and the applications in the refining and chemical systems. |
