| 摘 要： | 发展现代远程教育离不开教师专业化发展。通过研究教师专业化的标准,分析对教育职业的影响,提出了远程教育教师应具备数据处理能力、教学自我监控能力、科研能力、创新能力、培养学生批判性思维等能力。

| Abstract: | The development of modern distance education needs the development of profession teachers.Based on analyzing professional standards of teachers,the article analyzes its influence on education,and puts forward that the distance education teachers should have the data processing ability,teaching self-monitoring ability,scientific research ability,innovation ability,skills on training students’ critical thinking. |
