沿边地区矿业国际合作战略构想——以新疆阿勒泰地区为例

阿勒泰地区位于新疆维吾尔自治区最北部,自西向东分别与哈萨克斯坦、俄罗斯、蒙古等重要矿产资源出口国交界。本文在系统总结阿勒泰地区地缘优势、矿产资源特点及周边国家矿产资源潜力的基础上,深入剖析了阿勒泰地区发展矿业国际合作的前景,提出了相关政策建议。作为典型的边疆矿业经济区,新疆阿勒泰地区发展矿业国际合作的战略探索对于我国其他类似地区开展矿业国际合作具有积极的先行示范作用。

Mining International Cooperation Strategy Concept in Border Regions:Taking the Xinjiang Altay Region for Example

The Altay region is located in the most northern part of Xinjiang Uygur Autonomous Region,and is bounded by Kazakhstan,Russia,Mongolia and other important mineral resource countries from west to east.This paper systematically summarizes the geographic advantage and the characteristics of mineral resources of the Altay region and the mineral resources potential of neighboring countries,on this basis makes in-depth analysis of the development of prospects for mining international cooperation of the Altay region,and proposes the relevant policy recommendations.As a typical frontier mining economic zone,the exploration on developing strategies for mining international cooperation in the Altay region has a positive exemplary role to other similar areas.
