| Abstract: | The technical innovation through cooperation of industry,academe and research is an important way to realize building an innovative country,enhance the national scientific and technological innovation capacity.In this paper,based on the summary of strengths and weaknesses of carrying out technical innovation through cooperation of industry,academe and research in Shaanxi province,the pattern of carrying out technical innovation through cooperation of industry,academe and research in Shaanxi province was proposed,according to general pattern of cooperation of industry,academe and research. |
