| 摘 要： | 我国是水产品的生产、消费大国,近年来接连发生的水产品质量安全问题,引起了社会的强烈关注。文章以水产品供应链安全风险为研究对象,探讨了水产品供应链安全风险识别与控制问题,提出了一种基于系统动力学和粗糙集理论相结合的方法进行水产品供应链风险评估,为企业供应链决策提供参考依据。

| Abstract: | China is a country of production and consumption of aquatic products,the quality safety issues of aquatic products have been caused social intense attention.This paper takes the safety risk of aquatic products supply chain for the research object,discusses the safety risk identification and control problem of supply chain on aquatic products,and provides a mended method combined with rough sets and system dynamics for the risk assessment model,provides some suggestions to enterprises. |
