河南省南阳市现代农业产业结构创新之我见

由于传统农业产业结构逐步不能适应现代市场经济发展和提高农业整体素质的需要,不能形成各具特色的区域布局,于是我们就要积极地创新构建现代农业产业结构,使农业由量的积累转向质的飞跃,实现农业产业各部门、各要素之间的最优配置,产生最佳综合效益。最终全面提高农业和农村经济的运行质量和效益,增加农民收入,实现项目带动区域经济发展,提前实现全面小康社会的目标。

Opinion on Innovation of Industrial Structure of Modern Agriculture in Nanyang City, Henan Province

The traditional industrial structure of agriculture gradually can not adapt to the needs of development of modern market economy and improvement of overall agricultural quality,and can not form the distinctive regional distribution,so we should positively build a modern agriculture industrial structure,so that make agriculture change from the quantitativeaccumulation to a qualitative leap and achieve the optimal allocation between the agricultural industry sectors and elements,produce the best comprehensive benefits,and finally comprehensively improve the operation quality and efficiency of agriculture and rural economy,increase farmers’ income,promote regional economic development through projects,and achieve the goal of a comprehensive well-off society in advance.
